AWS

In general, and especially for our Open Source Common Ground projects, we prefer a European sovereign cloud provider over the US hyperscalers, to keep data and operations within EU jurisdiction.

Depending on the context and specific project requirements, we can still opt for a US hyperscaler. When we do, AWS is our preferred choice: it is the (local as well as global) market leader in cloud-native computing and offers the best set of services for our needs when compared to Azure.

We prefer AWS as our general all purpose cloud-native platform because AWS is the (local as well as global) market leader in the space of cloud-native computing, and we think it offers the best set of services for our needs when compared to other cloud providers.

We support both AWS and Azure for our cloud-native platforms but generally prefer AWS, mainly because AWS is the market leader in the space of cloud-native computing, and we think it offers the best set of services for our needs.

We prefer AWS or Azure cloud-native infrastructure for new client solutions.
